The Lidl LGFA competition is back!

All you have to do is download the Lidl plus app, choose Donegal – then Cill Chartha (Kilcar) and make sure to scan your Lidl plus app when you shop from this Monday until 16^th March.

Donegal GAA will offer six lucky members €250 to put towards the cost of attending the Gaeltacht in summer 2025.

Tá muid ag lorg daoine le suim chun páirt a ghlacadh sa chomórtas Scór Sinsir 2025. We are seeking people with interest in participating in Scór Sinsir 2025. Aois: 17+

Tá 8 catagóir ann bunaithe ar chultúr na hÉireann, atá scríofa againn thíos.

There are eight events/disciplines in Scór that cover all aspects of Irish culture:

• Rince Foirne/Figure or Ceili Dancing

• Amhránaíocht Aonair/Solo Singing

• Aithriseoireacht/Scéalaíocht Recitation/Storytelling

• Bailéad Ghrúpa/Ballad Group

• Léiriú Staitse/Stage Presentation

• Ceol Uirlise/Instrumental Music

• Rince Seit/Set Dancing

• Tráth na gCeist/Table Quiz

C.L.G Chill Chartha is again taking part in the ‘My Life Every Step Counts Challenge’ which starts on January 8th and will continue right through to the February 12th. From this Monday, 13^th January, the training field in Towney will be lit up from 7-8 for those who would like to walk under the lights.

Clubs with the biggest number of total steps are in with a chance of winning a variety of rewards for their club.
