On behalf of the Ladies Board here at C.L.G Chartha, we would like to take this opportunity to congratulate our Junior A Shield Winners who had a fantastic win against Urris Senior Ladies in Páirc Mhic Diarmada, Leifear on Sunday morning 29th of September 2024.
Our Senior Ladies had put in huge efforts, time and commitment for this season while having achieved so much from previous years. They have stepped up from Division 3 League to Divison 2 along with the achievement of stepping up from Junior B Championship to Junior A.
With great efforts from the team, the Ladies gave both the League and Championship matches of 2024 a good battle this year. This season has given our new and current players a new sense of experience playing at quicker paced games.
We as a team hope to continue to see more of these games over the next few years as our team is developing each year with new and returning players coming through.
To the management, we would also like to take this opportunity to thank Neillie, Noel and Gary for all their time, hard work and commitment yet again this year with our Senior Ladies.
It is hard to thank everyone individually, but to cover all bases, we would like to thank everyone who has attended/supported our Ladies matches throughout the year and to those who have taking their time out to help within the team itself in anyway we greatly appreciate it.
